Overview

I’ve managed email campaigns for a variety of companies, including SELFishly Aesthetic and Wellness in San Francisco, where I support promotions for injectables, skin care, and wellness services. Before that, I worked with Ready Set Group LLC, Go Green Couriers, and CareerLearning, gaining experience in email marketing, SEO, content writing, landing pages, and social media—skills I now use to make email both creative and results-driven.

SELFishly Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic

I spearheaded the email marketing initiative for SELFishly Aesthetics & Wellness, a San Francisco-based medspa offering personalized treatments. My responsibilities included scheduling and setting up campaigns on their email platform, tracking performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights. The client provided content, and I strategically planned send dates based on historical data to ensure maximum engagement. I also communicated feedback and recommendations to the client throughout the process.

The main objectives were to:

 

  • Update existing subscribers on promotions, events, and seasonal trends.

  • Drive increased sales revenue through targeted email marketing.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with subscribers.

To achieve these, I used Trello for project coordination, Boulevard and Sendgrid for scheduling, and Growth99 for campaign execution. Careful planning was done to align campaign timing with the client’s data-driven insights.

 

Timeline: August 6 – Present

Outcome

From August to December, combined marketing and sales efforts drove consistent month-over-month growth.

  • September–October: ~155% increase in overall sales

  • October: Continued upward trend with an additional 10%+ growth

  • November: Sales rose ~3%, maintaining strong momentum

  • December: Holiday and early bridal campaigns launched, showing early positive traction, with campaigns still active

Targeted promotions such as BOGO offers, Elite Memberships, and the Silky Smooth Laser Hair Removal Membership boosted inquiries, booked consultations, and repeat visits, contributing to sustained engagement and revenue growth.

I had the exciting opportunity to lead the marketing campaigns for Ready Set Group LLC, a courier company delivering everything from catering orders to flowers, baked goods, and specialty items. Based in the Bay Area and now expanding to Atlanta, Austin, and Dallas, TX—this was a fast-growing team I was thrilled to support. My role? Everything from setting up campaigns, running lead generation, creating landing pages, SEO work, blog content, and building email marketing strategies that helped spread the word.

Our mission was clear (and fun):

  • Get clients to book appointments easily.

  • Boost visibility in new cities and markets.

  • Keep leads in the loop with fresh promos, service updates, and seasonal offers.

To make it happen, I built a simple but effective system: content-driven campaigns, SEO-friendly landing pages, and engaging email updates—all while keeping email health in check (no scary spam flags or bounces here )

 

Timeline: November 2024– Present

Outcome

The results? We started booking clients straight through the email platform, closed catering delivery deals with restaurants and flower shops, and kept website traffic strong with clean, consistent metrics. Even better, the project sparked word-of-mouth referrals—leading to new collaborations with SELFishly Aesthetics & Wellness and Go Green Carrier for their email marketing setups. A true ripple effect!

As Brand Manager for CareerLearning, a dynamic ecommerce that delivers high-impact training, certification programs, and professional webinars, I wore many hats. My responsibilities included SEO-optimizing cart pages, crafting email campaign strategies and content, promoting presenters, rolling out campaigns, and digging deep into analytics, testing, and reporting. I made sure every campaign wasn’t just on-brand, but also on-trend—especially with compliance updates and industry regulations that matter most to professionals.

  • Brought in two top-notch presenters: an award-winning PhD consultant for Meta, Amazon, and Mayo Clinic, and a Payroll expert with a well-followed industry podcast

  • Launched two products that landed in the platform’s Top 5 Bestsellers

  • Created over 50 Payroll topics, most approved by the SVP of Product

  • Maintained 90%+ ROI across the HR brand

  • Quiet-launched Payroll Certification, generated $103,894.40, became the second-best-seller of 2024, and delivered over 92% ROI

  • Created and launched a Free Introductory Webinar landing page, which attracted 825 organic attendees. These registrations turned into high-quality leads without ad spend, proving the value of strategic landing page design and organic growth.
